Hourly Service Terms and Conditions
The Client (“you”, “the applicant”) is engaging the services of the Company (Tyler Cormney Consulting) to guide the Applicant through the business school application process. The Applicant acknowledges that given the nature of the business school application process, this arrangement provides no guarantee of admissions to an MBA program.
Scope of Services: to be provided for hourly assistance with MBA program applications:
• School Selection
• Proprietary Self-Assessment Exercises
• Application Strategy Development for Each School
• Career Goals Coaching to Prepare for the Career Goals Essays
• Essay Topic Selection and Editing
• Reference Selection and Recommendation Letter Guidance
• Resume Editing
• Application Form Guidance
Payment
Applicant shall pay the Company via PayPal in advance for the hourly services requested.
The Services are designed to be completed in the current application season, which shall be defined as the March 30th following the date of purchase. For example, if the services are purchased in September 2011, the services must be utilized by March 30, 2012. Services cannot be extended to a following application season under any circumstances.
Refunds will only be given within one (1) weeks of the date of this agreement. A $275 processing fee and a charge of $275/hour for hours delivered will apply.
Your payment will indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Premium Package Terms and Conditions
The “Client” is engaging the services of the Consultant to guide the Client through the business school application process. The Client acknowledges that given the nature of the business school application process, this arrangement provides no guarantee of admissions to an MBA program.
Scope of Services: to be provided for MBA program applications

• Proprietary Self-Assessment Exercises
• Application Strategy Development for Each School
• Career Goals Coaching to Prepare for the Career Goals Essays
• Essay Topic Selection and Editing
• Reference Selection and Recommendation Letter Guidance
• Resume Editing
• Application Form Guidance
The services will be deemed complete by the end of the time period designated in the agreement. Services required beyond that date will be billed at the published hourly rate at http://tylercormney.com/services.
Payment
This is a flat fee contract. The Client shall pay the Consultant for the Services plus any applicable banking and wire transfer fees.
Refunds will only be given within two (2) weeks of the date of the agreement. Service fees of $275 per hour plus a $275 processing fee will be deducted. After two weeks of the date of the agreement, no part of said flat fee shall be refundable to the Client.
Invoice must be paid via personal Check. Credit card payment via PayPal is an alternative but incurs a 3% processing fee charged by PayPal.
6-School Platinum Package – Additional Terms and Conditions
In addition to the terms and conditions detailed above for Premium Packages the following conditions apply to qualify for the 25% refund on the 6-School Platinum Package:
- The Client must submit 3 applications in Round 1 and 3 in Round 2 and provide written confirmation that complete applications were submitted
- The Client’s GMAT Score must be no less than 20 points below the median, as published in Bloomberg Business Week’s 2010 ranking, for all schools in the package
- The Client’s GPA must be a 3.0 or a “B” or higher or top 25% of their graduating class if no grades are assigned
- To collect the refund the client must provide written documentation to show that they were denied acceptance by all six schools in the package
